RoughRAP RR100 is a 2.0-mil soft white gloss, highly conformable, cast PVC film optimized ink jet printing. The product is coated on one side with a high tack, permanent, opaque, acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive and supplied with a 90# polycoated 2-side release liner for excellent lay-flat.

RR100 is specifically designed for direct application onto moderately textured exterior and interior brick walls for an astonishing visual effect! Use of an overlaminate will extend the life of the graphic and allow for easier handling during install and de-install.

What is Roughrap®?

A 2.0 mil cast gloss white high-performance vinyl designed for application on brick walls and rough textured surfaces. Its bright white gloss adds extra snap to your graphics and conforms readily to one of the most challenging substrates, brick and rough textures. The permanent opaque adhesive develops a strong bond and prevents color shift from the underlying surface. For ultimate print stability, Roughrap is supplied on an 90# Layflat Polycoated liner.

Where does Roughrap perform?

RR100 is ideal for printing on solvent and eco-solvent wide-format machines. The face is compatible with UV ink, however, prior testing is recommended to ensure the ink is flexible enough for the application. Used indoors or out, RR100 is the ideal product for signage, murals, and point of purchase graphics on textured walls.
